In a homage to Rainer Ganahl, Mak and Nystrom apply a smidgen of materialist dialectics to Adam Smith's seminal treatise on economic liberalism, 'The Wealth of Nations Vol. I - III', which ushered the world on to the "Road to Serfdom" proper, under the auspices of Bank of America, Credit Suisse, Merrill Lynch, Fitch Holdings, KPMG, HSBC, Citibank, and Barclays at Canary Wharf, London.
